What counts as a unit?
A unit is an active franchisee branch: three branches owned by one company count as three units. Head office, regional and other support units are never charged.
Who pays?
Head office pays FranInfra, on one bill for the whole network. If you’d like to recover the cost, you can charge your franchisees a technology fee through FranInfra’s own network invoicing.
Paying annually
Paying for the year up front comes with a discount. Ask us for the details.
The only extras are messages and payments.
Operational messages
Invoices, receipts and booking reminders are included in the unit price.
Text messages and campaigns
Text messages and bulk or marketing email are charged as you use them. Connect your own provider instead and you pay them directly, with nothing from us.
Card payments
Use your own payment provider with no FranInfra transaction fee, or opt in to FranInfra Payments for a 1% fee.
